Catharsis.
I welcome anyone who wants to walk down this path with me. Of course, I welcome you even if you don't. I'm just glad to have readers.
I've made a promise to my parents that I will get my health in check. I've had some run ins with bad luck in these last few years and as a result, I've just let myself go. When I graduated from college, I was in the same place and worked my tail off to lose 80 pounds. Now, I've not only gained it all back, I've added some cushion to the pushin' and I'm pretty sure I'm the heaviest I've ever been.
This blog is me. My MySpace blog is for you but this is for me. This is so I can vent, yell, whisper, rage, cry and anything else, any which way I choose and still feel the satisfaction of having shared it with you.
It's taken me years and years to admit this, but I am a fat girl. I've confessed that and I feel sort of... free.
