OMG, Eloquii is BACK! It's BACK and I am SO EXCITED!
It was only a year ago that they were shuttering and now - BOOM! Back with fabulous fashion, updated looks... It's all glam over there. I'm so happy. (You're all "we get it, we get it, stop gushing...")
It's true I've been on a big dress kick lately, so as one of my faves returns, you know I had to go take a look. Eloquii is all about color right now and it's stunning. Lots of bold jewel tones and a terrific line of bright orange styles. My least favorite thing about plus size fashion is a design that forces you to sacrifice fashion for fit but that is just not the case with them. And I wanted to show you my current faves.
I mentioned the orange so I thought I'd start with it. I always want to wear orange but I wear so much black that I've become convinced when I wear orange, I look like a Halloween mascot. Or worse, a pumpkin. But this is a really pretty shade - very nearly coral. And I love the detail in the shoulders. It's only $88.
Hello turquoise! Fabulous, right? The mix of textures and the structure of its panels make it so flattering. And they're still under $100 with this one.
AAAAH! COLOR BLOCKING! LOVE! The flutter skirt! The panels! The tomboy feminimity of it... I can barely stop myself from hitting the "ADD TO BAG" button. It's $110.
I saved the best for last. My most favorite thing about this dress is that the layout of the black stripes are in the absolute perfect places. They are going to distract the world from those spots you are the most insecure about. But I'm sure that's not why they're there -- I mean, it's stunning. Melissa McCarthy (Bridesmaids, "Mike & Molly") clearly thought so as well; she wore a modifided version to a recent event. Oh! Also -- because I'm such a lover of wearing black, this is really a great way for someone like me to keep on wearing it but not without some contrast. It's $118 and I'm considering it as my birthday outfit this year. No joke.
