Water, water, water. How did someone as terrible about drinking water as I am become the water blogger? But I suppose that's why I've developed this fascination with the industry... Always trynig to find a way to drink more. Or motivate myself to drink more.
I think what I - and others - forget is that aside from quenching your thirst, drinking the right amount of water can benefit your overall health in countless other ways. From aiding weight loss to boosting productivity. When I am ignoring my water intake, my skin gets dry and my hair starts to get flakier (and so now, even my hair stylist harasses me to drink more water).
